initially could not do the upgrade to 11.5.  However after speaking to Nuance support they sent me out a disk which facilitated the upgrade process.  From that point onwards I've had nothing but crashes and problems with Dragon performance and accuracy.  I did download the removal tool and clean all the previous versions of Dragon off my computer.  This has still not help the problem.  I have attached a couple of log files one which was just taken after the last crash, if someone could help me with this. I would be very much indebted

We have removed your Dragon logs because only you can open your personal Dragonlog with the extension .log. You need to convert your Dragonlog to a text file and save it with a .txt extension which should appear automatically if you either save your file as plain text or paste a copy of your log file into NotePad, save it and attach it to your posting.
