I suspected that I had to fake copy once that I had not been able to update (this is the same as the attachment):

What you're showing is a normal marketing hype from Nuance that occurs from time to time when running the DNS update.  In an of itself, that does not indicate in any way shape or form that you have a pirated copy.

However, you might want to update your profile because it says that you have DNS 8 Standard.  The update window that you're showing is from version 9.  In addition, if you are looking for updates to DNS 9.0/9.1 to 9.5, you won't find it in the updates anyway because this is a full version upgrade, not an update.

I also got the message/ad about the new pdf converter.  I think that is normal behaviour.   I know for certain that my copy of DNS is not fake.
