Hi everyone, He is using Dragon Professional Individual to dictate into a local copy of Word. He has fulltext control within word and is able to say click review, click new comment and insert a new comment into the document. The cursor appears within the comment box, where he is also able to type but not dictate directly. Both myself and my colleague (she joined the remote session) have been able to successfully dictate in a comment within word, the only difference is that the comment box looks different visually. He is able to manually trigger the dictation box and transfer text into this window. We have also disabled and re-enabled the naturally speaking add-ins et cetera. We didn't notice any other anomalies with using Dragon, so we are a little bit stumped. Thanks in advance for your help, this is much appreciated. -------------------------
