The documentation for ECW says supports dragon use activating ecw commands. example go to hpi go to labs etc. claims we dont need dragon scripts for this function. However doesnt work and speaking to the emr help folks, they really seemed to know less then I did. They hav few if any keyboard shortcuts so without this will have to do mouse positioning, would work for some anyway. Anyone using ECW and able get dragon to access all the built in clickable options, or have you had to make your own dragon scrips? I also note alot of the scribe commands work off and on. like assessments: sometimes works and sometimes not. I use dmpe 4 and ecw v11

eCW is supposed to have a Dragon plug-in. Is it possible you were speaking with the wrongsupport person? DMPE 4 is supposed to support eCW

eCW built the commands and have them available. usually right from the ecw application when setting up first users. Reach out to your eCW support. If they don't know tell them to ask someone else there as they should know
