In Microsoft office professional plus Outlook I can neither send nor receive email and I am receiving the error code 0x800ccc17

what can I do?

This has nothing to do a speech recognition. We recommend contacting your Internet provider. With the popularity of Outlook, they should know your settings and get you up and running.

I'd say look up the 0x800ccc17 error on the net and see what comes up...
