Hey Rick! This isn't a request, partly curious about the possibility... Did you know Microsoft just finished acquiring Nuance. This is pure speculation, but what if Microsoft turns WSR into something more usable. Assuming it puts Dragon in Windows for us end users, that could breathe life into Vocola 3, right?

That would be very cool, IMO, but maybe wishful thinking. I don't know what Microsoft is planning to do with Nuance. Kill it, maybe... lol.

It is speculated that Microsoft will drop WSR around September 1 when they official release Voice Access. Windows 11 DEV and Beta already have Voice Access. We are testing Voice Access now but it is a long way from finished. Accuracy is nearly as good as Dragon but to prevent competition, Voice Access does not include the ability to create commands or edit/add personal vocabulary. In our opinion, anyone who can afford Dragon would not want to use Voice Access. It's more of a speech recognition appetizer or to put it another way, the miserable Home Edition of Dragon.
