How do I get a download link to load DPI 15.3 on to my second PC? Purchase was thru govt I'm pretty sure through this website. Sorry I can't control where they purchase from. I have the product key but can't seem to find a download link. Thank you. ------------------------- Dell laptop Latitude 5580 I7-7820HQ @ 2.90 GHz Windows 10 Enterprise 16 GB RAM DPI 15 Andrea Pure Audio input device with KnowBrainer microphone |

Click DPI 15.6 and 15.3 digital download. We would post a download here but Nuance doesn't permit a direct public link. Note that DPI 15.6 is a prerelease but we found it to be significantly better because of Microsoft 365 support, a new Advanced Scripting engine and most importantly, fixing the freezing problem. Your government purchasers cannot do that for you ------------------------- Forum Mission Statement |

Thank you Lunis. Sorry I'm not up to speed on this, is 15.6 a free upgrade? ------------------------- Dell laptop Latitude 5580 I7-7820HQ @ 2.90 GHz Windows 10 Enterprise 16 GB RAM DPI 15 Andrea Pure Audio input device with KnowBrainer microphone |

Any time Nuance releases an incremental upgrade, it is free. Nuance only charges for full number releases like they did with Ver. 15 and will for Ver. 16. Keep in mind that Ver. 15.6 is still a prerelease

I apologize for intruding on this thread, but I have a question about government purchases of Dragon. Some years ago, I had a job as a supervisor in a government agency in which people worked on a classified network. One of my employees developed RSI, and I got our purchasing department to buy Dragon for him. It was installed, but IT was unable to figure out how to activate the license, because his computer was not connected to the Internet. I retired soon after, and I'm not sure the problem was ever solved.
Out of curiosity, is there a solution to that problem? ------------------------- James McVay |

We haven't seen this in a while but we believe Dragon also includes a manual registration option which requires sending a fingerprint of your computer. Of course automatic registration is considerably easier.
