Yesterday, I uninstalled DPI 15.3 from my old portable PC while connected to the Internet. I then installed DPI 15 on my new portable and waited until today to activate it. A picture popped up, saying "You have reached your activation limit." How long does it take for the uninstall to register?

Preserving a Dragon activation, by uninstalling while connected to the Internet, requires a little luck. It simply doesn't work all of the time. You will need to contact Nuance (800) 654-1187 to rollback an activation. No one else can help you with this.
