Your ~ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Nuance\NS15\Users\[your username] folder contains a number of folders. The key folder is the “Current” folder, which includes all of your custom work. The “Backup” folder is a copy of your “Current” folder which, by default, is overwritten every 5 times you save your profile. You could reduce this size by exporting your personal vocabulary, via Dragon's Manage Vocabulary menu, to export everything in your vocabulary, including pronunciations. Personal commands are even easier to export but we recommend against this procedure. It's much simpler to just make a backup copy of your entire user profile.

Copying your user profile is a snap but if you only want to share your personal data, simply export your commands and vocabulary.
