I couldn’t download the version 15.6 french of DNS professional because I have a message saying my activation code is wrong. Where can I find this : Dragon 15.6 installation guide and workarounds for 3 dozen sandtraps. Our customers already have this information.

Are you certain you are trying to download French DPI 15.6? Are you perhaps attempting to download English DPI 15.61 with your French serial number? We are only asking because we haven't heard that Nuance has released French DPI 15.6. If you're looking for French DPI 15.3, check your email for a complimentary download.
