Hi everyone!

 I'm new to the forum, but I've been following your discussions about Dragon for a number of years now and I believe I'm in the right place to ask this. Here's my issue:

I've been a happy Dragon Professional Individual 13 Italian & English for quite some time. Having the need to add a third language – German – I decided to buy an update to Dragon Professional Individual 15 for Italian & English and another update of the exact same version for German. I then reached out to both Italian and German tech support teams. They instructed me to install one version and then the other one using the respective installers, without previously creating any user profile. This would launch a "repair procedure" that would add the third language to the already installed version. However, although the two builds perfectly match, when I launch the second installer, it simply erases the already installed version and installs the other one.

Does anyone have already found themselves in such a situation and know how to get it to work?

I'm using Windows 10 with Bootcamp on a Mac and the Dragon build for both versions is: Dragon Professional Individual 15.61.200.010
